I couldn’t run faster today, so I just ran slowly 7km.
up at 3:30, composed with ProTools then ran 10km.

The daily job finished around noon in Tokyo bay so I run back from the sea to Shinjuku, took 1 hour.

I still prefer to run in the dawn though it’s good anyway to run once a day.
